I worked at ProBuild full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Gave me the ability to work doing what I wanted to do within the company (did have to push pretty hard to get that to happen). Most of employees/managers had a positive attitude.

    Cons

Keep around employees that were a hindrance to the companies work flow. Slow when it came to implementing/fixing equipment. Were not cooperative when it came to giving me a letter of recommendation. Will fire hard working employees to prevent them from keeping their 401k benefits.

    I worked at ProBuild

    Pros

We work on beautiful houses, lots of hours if you like working

    Cons

Pay is very low for the amount of work we do, owner will throw others under the bus to make himself look better, prices are too high for any local to pay.

I have been working at ProBuild full-time

    Pros

For the most part, it's a good working environment, very laid back. Most of the people are good to work with (there are some that are not).

    Cons

Certain rules apply to only certain people (groups).
