Pros

great work environment, lots of interaction with customers, positive team building

Cons

the company needs to realize that their employees are the ones who make them a success. Being properly compensated would be a great start. Pronto isn't a place to have a career because they straight up pay you nothing. They push you to make more money but in reality it's money that goes into their pocket NOT the employees. I don't participate in all the "hype" because of this. Pronto does not motivate me whatsoever. If you're a manager they pay you salary and the offices are always short staffed so they expect you to work a lot of overtime with NO pay. It's such a shame, I like pronto but making under 20,000 a year isn't going to cut it. This is a good job for a college student not an educated adult that's looking to establish a career. Sorry pronto, but until the pay for your employees is sufficient for someone living in the city where the cost of living is higher, you won't retain any good workers. Keep spending money on new hires until you decide to stop being so greedy and properly reward the hard workers you have before it's too late.

Pros

If you happen to meet 100% sales quota for the day, they'll you can pretty much relax for the rest of the day. On most days if sales are coming in, you will not Little to no physical work

Cons

You are forced to harass customers whose payments are not due until sometimes a month away and call them every single day until they pay you You will be called daily by your DM if you are not at excellent sales, the pressure is legendary You are basically an outbound phone sales agent as the stores are slow Extremely lazy management who is only good for yelling at you to raise your numbers but not help you with anything.
