Not a Trustworthy H1 Employer, Very Shaky and Unpredictable
Pros
They offer attractive packages but this is to lure innocent engineers. There is a lot of things that are not revealed to employees. The company management that has an office in EDH near Sacramento is very unfriendly and insensitive. One should be careful before joining this company. Do a lot of research and talk to people who had been there before. You may get a better insight. Test things yourself

They are lots of negatives: - Sudden sackings. The employee story is never heard - Company run by a family of punjabis who are adamant. they operate like a petty shop - Poor image of the company in US and other countries - Poor vision and people management - Keeps creating stories about goodwill which does not exist (you have to be there to understand that) - Poor communicators - Loves giving surprises everytime. You are in a job and settled with family when suddenly they will drop you from the consulting assignment. Many people have landed in soup because of erractic decisions. They waste a lot of time
