      Retail Insight is filled with friendly and supportive people across every level of the organization. It's easy to feel connected and welcomed here. The benefits and pay are competitive, and it's clear that the company is moving in a positive direction with a focus on growth and innovation.

      Cons

      Like any organization there's some work to be done in shaping the culture and ensuring consistency across teams - but leadership seems aware and open to feedback. Overall, it's an exciting place to be with great potential and a team that truly cares about they do.

      Generous PTO/Benefits

      Pros

      Work-life balance is extremely important for them. PTO is very generous and it is easy to collaborate with other teams to figure out when everyone can take time off. Benefits package is also nice.

      Cons

      General company direction is confusing. One step forward, one step back
