Pros

stock options and benefit plan

Cons

Leadership consistently failed to prioritize employee well-being, while mid-level managers engaged in abusive behavior and violated HR policies and ethical standards. Rather than addressing these leadership and management issues by directly confronting and correcting the leadership involved, the company appeared more focused on protecting ineffective leadership and minimizing internal accountability. Human Resources often functioned as a mechanism to monitor and gather information on dissatisfied employees instead of serving as a supportive resource to help employees navigate widespread mismanagement, workplace concerns, and leadership abuse.

Poorly Managed Company

Pros

Many Frontline people are good, at least the ones left.

Cons

Management is poorly trained to actually manage people. Most Management is in place by previous acquisitions or placed there by incompetent senior managers just awaiting their golden parachutes to open. Turnover is high, as good people leave. Horrible company with poor employment reputation
