I have been working at SBA Communications full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is an excellent company to work, we have access to several courses to improve our professional capacity, in spite of a large volume of work, you are always open to talk about issues and accepted new suggestions. Amazing environment, we always receive gratefulness.

    Cons

Nothing is perfect, but this company is working in all issues we are able to present to. I wish the salary was more competitive.

    Advice to Management

Still doing what you are doing.

I have been working at SBA Communications full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, personal volunteer paid day and team volunteer paid day.

    Cons

Managers need training. No one listens to the employees, they take the managers word as gold. In my dept. no work life balance except for the managers. HR not helpful only to the managers, directors and above. Can't be trusted

    Advice to Management

Same complaints over and over and its not improving. Our dept is so tense, no one is happy. Managers dont do their job and talk about their employees to each other and director. If an employee is having an issue and talk to another employee, you are threaten by the manager.

I worked at SBA Communications full-time

    Pros

If you can swallow all your pride and you dont care about people, Integrity or pretty much any of the guiding principles that they supposedly hold dear, you’ll love it there. I’m not sure if the CEO actually knows all the dirt that exist beneath the surface. Due to the growth in the industry the company will likely be successful financially.

    Cons

The leadership team will not hold certain individuals accountable for the most egregious acts and will make examples of certain people on a whim. If you present or report facts and truth about people that lie, cheat, bully and they are close to a senior leader they will be protected and you will be the one to made to leave.

    Advice to Management

You won’t listen anyway so why bother
