    Position was moved to another state due to some changes in management of business units.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to develop talent and offer opportunities for growth and continue to operate with honesty and data driven decisions.

    Pros

    A good place to work for with great pay. This is a good paying job for this area. The company is growing and becoming well known.

    Cons

    There are no cones that i can come up with right now but if I do I will report it.

    I worked at SCA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Industry isn't very exciting but great place to work otherwise. Decent compensation and fantastic work life balance. Solid leadership.

    Cons

    Reporting into parent company / "Big Brother". Lot's of "reporting for the sake of reporting". Ineffective / weak employees manage to fly under the radar. Slow decision making process...too many levels of approvals.

    Advice to Management

    Recognize and reward strong performers. Weed out the weak ones.

    Clear objectives.
    Focused improvement plans.
    Employee driven through servant leadership.
    Safety focus.
    Manufacturing stamina.
    Centralized Corporate Production Planning with local control.
    Bonus plan.

    Cons

    Hire people with experience. Used to train people into salaried positions. (it is a pro for the company, con for employees)

    Pros

    Always there to help and offer advice.
    Excellent maintenance crew for all shifts.

    Cons

    Lack of maintenance help on night shifts creates more downtime, which in turn reduces productivity.

    Advice to Management

    1. Hire another night shift mechanic.

    2. Have operators train with a mechanic for a period of time. In doing so, I believe this will improve the operators ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on thier machine.

    Pros

    Friendly workplace always the opportunity for growth. Shift coach is always giving away something, food, T-Shirts, Gift Cards, this was a great experience for me. And YES THE PAY WAS AWESOME$$$$$$$$

    Cons

    HOT HOT HOT in the summer COLD COLD COLD in the winter!!! But still, a great place to work!!

    Advice to Management

    Come together and find a better way for 8-hour shifts, your killing family's and people with that work schedule

    Pros

    The only reason is the inability to find other employment or a first job and need to build a resume. Run quickly after a year or 1.5 years maximum before they either work you to death or set you up.

    Cons

    Egotistical and dicator style leadership. I found their word to be no good and they dio not stand by their field management team. Those that survive tolerate a lot. It is very sad. Money is the only motivator along with servitude to some VP and SVP. Stay away from the legal team and most of HR.

    Advice to Management

    What can be said that is not known. Maybe new CEO can make right the sins of prior management.

    Pros

    Great building to work in, with nice location to easily commute to and from work. Job was interesting and varied day to day.

    Cons

    Management stunk. Only concerned about themselves and how they were able to better their own position rather than help others.

    Advice to Management

    Get folks who care about their staff and about teamwork rather than each on his own. No one person is as powerful as a group working together.

    salary was decent and plenty of quality work to do. good mission to be apart of in healthcare. A lot of good things happening

    begin to slowdown the turnover and invest in current employees. develop a good retention program to help rebuild the culture of a fun start up company
