Saras America was a great employer. As a remote location consultant, major interaction was with HR and Admin staff. The HR staff was very supportive and always available to help as compared to many major companies I have worked with. Never had any issues with payroll or benefits as such. Company went above and beyond to help me with my ongoing Masters education and even provided spot bonuses based on situation and performance. Paid good per diem when possible. Had a very good benefits structure. If you are a high performer, you will be very well taken care.

I, for the least, didn’t face any significant challenges given the small sized company. Time to time, I had to work through some of administrative issues that happens at any big size company also. Rest assured, the staff always supported the consultants in whatever way possible.

I was working with Saras from Oct 2018 to Mar 2019, although my tenure was brief, I must say I had a good time working for this company. They were so transparent in all aspects, the salary was right on time and never got delayed. The HR and the payroll team is so professional and considerate about your needs and cater accordingly. I never had any problem bringing any concerns to them as they always lent a supporting hand to me during my tenure. The organization structure is also so transparent and flat as you can reach out to anyone in the hierarchy without any hesitation.

I worked for Saras America for about 4 years. My experiences have all been very positive beginning with my initial contact with one of their recruiters (Chris Limboo), along with my interactions with their bench marketing team headed up by Kris Sammeta. They are professionals and very good at what they do. I was amazed at the number of vendor calls and interviews they were able to arrange in less than 2 weeks. In my 4 years with them - I never had a payment issue, they always made sure I got copies of contracts/purchase orders so I knew what the bill rates were, etc... Very professional company.
