Low pay Wear and Tear on car Micromanagers who take everything WAY too seriously Managers get a car allowance even though they don’t drive anywhere. That money should be going to the sales reps. Travel to non desirable locations quarterly Team parties when that budget should go on your check Covering entire state and then other regions out of state all by YOURSELF and getting reprimanded when you can’t physically hit the KPI #s. Busy work Approximately 700 miles placed on car per week Got switched from salaried to hourly

I had a good team but that was about it as far as pros go

Cons

Once Pepsi bought sodastream everything went downhill. They let go of all of the best people and replaced them with managers that have zero care for your personal life. There was no effort from management to listen to the issues we dealt with in the field or suggestions to resolve issues. They act as if they understand what’s going on at store level from their office at home. Terrible upper management, and no respect for the value of your time.

Good salary but they make you earn it even on weekends

Cons

Senior management decides what rules are right for which employee. They help those they want with mediators and support but if you aren’t one of the select few they won’t give you the same benefits or respect even if you ask for it. This pertains to everything from working from home to what expenses are covered to development support to every day treatment
