Worst Company

Pros

Free snacks and lunch Wednesday Coworkers are nice

Cons

Company treats you like you are in preschool requiring your in the office on time and 3 days a week despite others getting different treatments or working from home completely. Red tape management style that won't tell you what's actually going on. A software engineer was fired for no reason and was almost deported because of it. Lots of other shady practices as well against the content team. You will not get significant raises here. My recommendation is to stay for one year then get a higher salary elsewhere.

Pros

Collaborative teams, fun company culture with tons of events, teams have a lot of events for engagement, great benefits, CEO is very involved with everything in the company.

Cons

Company is not as transparent as they could be. Would love to see more transparency from the CEO but I can tell he's working on this. Progress is everything.
