-Ability to make the job what you want with little oversight -Worked in hotel environment with a friendly hotel staff -Some flexibility with hours -Work slowed for holidays

Cons

-Long Hours -No compensation for additional hours worked -Poor transparency for quarterly commissions -Little to no assistance from HQ -Company invested very little in remote offices

Big name company, provides verbal stability when stated that the company is a part of a 12B$ company.

Cons

Poor planning, budgeting, communications. Heavily siloed with no communal desire to help each other to gain the greater corporate goals. No department head outside of sales has any executive experience outside of Swisscom HS, therefore terrible practices are propagated.
