    Pros

    Strong sense of comradery, supportive coworkers, good benefits, flexibility for working parent, provides a range of opportunity of growth within the organisation.

    Cons

    You have to drive to the office location as it is a remote location without easy accessibility by public transport.

    Pros

    Flexible schedule, easy work hours, first to pick through apparel perks. Not a bad company to work for for a high school student.

    Cons

    Low outlet mall pay, generally older customers are hard to deal with and sometimes irritating, management seemed disconnected with employees at times, lack of growth potential

    Advice to Management

    Understand your employees better and use that to make them work harder, not by being unfair or threatening

    Management, hours when it's not a holiday season are terrible, pay

    Care for your employees, they'll work hard for you, don't and they find someplace better and you can't try and lure them back

    Pros

    You get to meet a lot of different people from all parts of the world. Teach and help associate to expand their skills.

    Cons

    No room to grow, I got pass numerous time, not that I did anything wrong. I have worked 8yr in this company and receive numerous exceptional customer comments for great service, because it does not make financial sense to them. They rather bring someone else for less money in

    Advice to Management

    Look at what your long time employees have done for you.

    Pros

    Love this company. Great group of people, positive ethics. Enjoyed my time there so much, was very sad to leave when I relocated to Boston.

    Cons

    Salary a bit lower than MA salaries.

    Advice to Management

    I believe management has since changed, as they were purchased by another company so I can't say.

    Pros

    You get action hours, Paid not to work on your birthday. You get to Volunteer and still get paid for doing it. The discount is amazing 55% at the full retail store and 35% at the outlet.

    Cons

    You barely get any hours once the holiday season is over and the pay is no where near enough to pay any bills.

    Pros

    The cafeteria wasn't bad and there were some hot chicks in the office. Nice parking lot with plenty of spaces.

    Cons

    Constantly micro-managed. Very cliquey. Lots of jealousy. Job was nothing like they said in the interview!

    Advice to Management

    Show respect to new hires and don't give false hope.
