Pros

People stay because of believing that the roots of the brand will be strong to weather the storm

Cons

Leadership team live remote and/or work remote but do not allow those “below their pay grade” to work remote. Highly recommending people to work from the office. Toxic work environment.

Pros

Great office & team members. Free coffee, gym, discounts on all VF brands.

Cons

Becoming an increasingly politcal organization, and at times outright nasty. Disconnect between management and the people doing the work. Many changes are enacted without taking the time to build a strategy, which has lead to confusion and misalignment across teams. Leaders don't appear to be held to any standards, and HR wants leaders to like them over doing what is right for people. Burn out is high, people working long hours, and development is non existent. 5 reorgs in under 3 years.
