Best team I've ever worked with: very good professionals with deep knowledge of their respective fields. Positive environment. Enticing challenges.
Cons
Company is now distributed between 4 different offices in the same area. Inter-team communication has become a problem. Sales team is unfocused and sells things that don't exist. Execs are detached from reality and seem to be managing a different company.
Advice to Management
Trust more in your employees, don't swoop in to micromanage. Let people be authoritative in their areas. Listen to your employees regarding business decisions.

good salaries and benefits (health insurance, language lessons, etc)
friendly and inclusive environment where English is the norm (40% of international employees)
being surrounded with good performers which motivates you to do more every day
i’ve never been in a company that treats its employees with such care and value. they will remember your birthday and throw you a birthday party, they will visit you in the hospital, the hr here is outstanding in going out of their way to make people feel listened and valued

Unbabel is a company very tech-oriented, where everyone is engaged with and the team spirit is very huge.
