I've worked at big corporations where people tend to have the "cog in the wheel" mentality, at Walkthrough- it was refreshing to see employees engaged and genuinely enjoying what they do. Traits to have- diligent, focused, honest, flexible. The company has a fun atmosphere and you will learn so so much. They're constantly striving to improve our technology and processes.
