On the island of Hawaii, neighbors consider the William Charles Lunalilo Playground in Kona a fixture in the community. Commonly known as "Blue Park," the space is located near a soccer field and gets heavy usage but fell into disrepair over time. As part of the community’s efforts to make the park safer and more inclusive, they applied for and were awarded a Make Every Block Better grant. Through the grant, H&R Block and Nextdoor provided new musical-themed play equipment and volunteered with neighbors to repaint metal structures and slides to make the park a more welcoming place. We’re excited to add Fabletics and Jambys to our Fair Shot team. Together, we’re supporting 50 female athletes across 40 colleges in 25 states and working to bring equity to every NIL deal.
