Recently, IPM got together and held our August full-staff meeting to celebrate successes, learn about ongoing projects and initiatives, and to spend time with those we only see a handful of times a year. We spent the morning with discussion and group activities, and then had a great afternoon at Puttshack! Cheers to another great quarter!
For the first time in over 2 years, IPM assembled the entire company together in-person for our quarterly all-staff meeting! We celebrated a great start to the year, met the nearly 80 new hires who joined since we last gathered, and got some much needed team building time throughout the day. Looking forward to getting the entire crew back together in August!

IPMers across our offices got together for our all-staff annual planning meeting to celebrate 2021 accomplishments and communicate the organization's strategic goals for the upcoming year! We love these meetings, because the entire company is in the "same room." Small groups hosted watch parties at our individual offices while others joined us virtually. The IPM family is stronger than ever, whether we're in person or virtual. Here's to a great 2022!

Last week, IPMers came together for our quarterly all-staff meeting! After a year of virtual meetings, we were thrilled to have some in-person options across the country. We hosted the meeting in our Chicago HQ for those tuning in remotely or from our viewing rooms. Our regional offices also gathered in small groups.
