Project Mercy is our philanthropic program in which we dedicated our time and talent to the communities our seven offices are located in. Each quarter, a different charity is selected and supported. With Second Wind Dreams, IPM will be purchasing and wrapping wishlist items, decorating homes and facilities, and hosting interactive evenings as an effort to make the holidays a little brighter for those in need. In November, IPM family members from all seven office locations came together for our quarterly all staff meeting. The all-day meeting featured updates on key initiatives, awards for excellence in customer service, “Up Close and Personal” stories from a couple of IPMers, and interactive “Staff U” educational breakout sessions.

IPMers across the country participated in the first-ever Bunks Across America event, benefiting Sleep in Heavenly Peace, for our latest Integrated Project Mercy initiative. The event set records for the number of beds built and the number of volunteers working at the same time.
