Our Eastern Region got together for a virtual family show & tell! We had sketching, singing, instrumentals, baking, karate, dog tricks, and a bunch of laughs! People have had time to refine their hobbies, and others have picked up new ones! Even while we are working remote, its doesn't mean company culture has to take a back seat.

During IPM's Annual Plan meeting, we looked back on a successful year, rolled out strategic plans for the coming years, and celebrated with our IPM family members from around the country! We revisited our Project Mercy philanthropic efforts, announced promotions and certifications, and made sure IPM’s efforts and goals are transparent across the entire organization.
