In a recent Loft9 Process Improvement Community of Practice meeting, nine participants learned when to use different types of process maps including value stream maps, swim lane maps, and flow charts. Community of Practice participants are now equipped with a handful of new tools that will enable them to help their clients see processes in a different light.
