Denver area Change Agents met at LoLa Coastal Mexican in July 2018 for a Loft9-hosted event on “Rightsizing OCM for your Organization.” The discussion evolved from initial talking points, and the group reviewed one participant’s real case change scenario and talked through potential solutions.
