With Macy’s La Plaza Mall being one of our border location stores, Jose Gamio, our VP of Diversity & Inclusion Strategies, and team, celebrated the local community and connected with over 300 Macy’s customers from the U.S. and Mexico. Macy's was present promoting its visitor pass and to highlight the latest Macy’s trends with a special fashion show.

(NYSE:M) today reported fourth quarter and fiscal 2017 results and is providing guidance for fiscal 2018 that reflects the company's plan to return to comparable sales growth. "We are committed to returning Macy's, Inc. to comparable sales growth in 2018 and will build on the momentum we created in the fourth quarter of 2017.

    Tell us a little bit about yourself. What brought you to Macy's and what philosophy do you bring with you? I grew up in the mountains of Tennessee where my dad worked in a chemical plant. As a kid, I was always particularly fascinated by math and science, which led me to a chemical engineering degree from North Carolina State.
