Saddled with college debt, Jeremy was unable to finish his undergraduate degree and was accepted into the Year Up program, which brings talented young adults and top companies together to help launch careers and close the opportunity divide. Neustar recognized Jeremy’s strong work ethic and willingness to learn and hired him as intern, ensuring he had opportunities for growth as his skills increased.
