Point B Property Development recently completed a comprehensive strategic plan for Tennessee National, a high-end golf and lakefront residential community near Knoxville, Tennessee. With a long-term goal of re-positioning the community to significantly elevate real estate sales, the owner engaged Point B to develop a plan to help them get there. Now, armed with a holistic approach that includes new community amenities, offerings, and an innovative sales and marketing program, Tennessee National continues to look to Point B to find new investors in order to turn the plan into reality.
