Congrats to Daniela Beneti, RAPP’s Fierce Individual of the Week! Daniela has been part of the RAPP Brazil family as a Senior Copywriter for 2 years. Outside of the office she enjoys “hanging out with my friends, watching films and TV shows, reading a good book, and casually playing games on my Smartphone.” Daniela is fiercely individual because of her desire to learn. She believes, “we are in a continuous learning process and every project leads us further; we must learn from each projects and look for ways to improve ourselves.” Her favorite part of the marketing industry is the opportunity to truly understanding our consumer and establish a close relationship with them, essentially building a better and customized brand experience.” Her favorite Marketing campaign is Fearless Girl. Congrats to Lily Peters, who is RAPP’s Fierce Individual of the Week! Lily has been part of the RAPP UK family as a Creative Copywriter for over a year. Outside of the office she enjoys exploring National Trust Properties or museums. “Sir John Soane’s is on the top of my list. His home is just as he left it in the 1800’s, and you could explore for hours and spot something new.” One of her favorite RAPP projects was the PayPal social films. “The PayPal films were great fun to concept; developing characters and creating a weird, but wonderful world with the production team was an awesome way to build the narrative.” Thanks for all you do to make RAPP great, Lily! #LilyIsFierce
Congrats to this week’s RAPP Talent Spotlight! Marcelo Tobar has been part of the RAPP Brazil family as Art Director for over 10 years. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with his family and surfing. “I love taking my two-year-old son to swim, but I also enjoy surfing because it serves as an escape. It allows me to recharge my energies for work and life.” His favorite RAPP project was RAPP’s World Cup themed notebook. “It allowed kids to customize their notebooks for whichever country they were rooting for.” Marcelo’s favorite aspect of the marketing world is that it is always reinventing itself. In 5 years, he envisions the CMR industry to be, “segmented and customized for each individual.” The most interesting trend he’s has seen recently is the art-shaping platform, Inspirarte (http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQlvL) by Faber Castell.
