Congrats to RAPP’s Fierce Individual of the week! Jonathan Fraga has been a part of the RAPP Chicago family, as Senior Project Manager, since January. Outside of the office he enjoys thrift hunting for vintage tech and repairing his finds. His favorite RAPP project has been developing a SMS multi-component execution for McDonalds. And his favorite thing about our industry is the use of data, “I really enjoy the way we can deliver personalized communications to users based on any number of selects.” A recent ad he’s enjoyed was Coca-Cola’s campaign for their new diet drinks and packaging (http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQVUQ). Congrats to this week’s Fierce Individual of the Week! Lacey Knizer has been a part of the RAPP NY family as Account Supervisor for 2.5 years. Outside of the office she loves traveling, eating and spending time with friends and family. “Lots of places to see and pizza to eat!” Lacey is Fiercely Individual because she likes trying new things that make her uncomfortable. "I’m a bit of a perfectionist, so pushing myself to do something I’m not the best at can be challenging, but I know in the end it will be worth it.” At RAPP she enjoys participating in ignition sessions. “I love pushing myself to think creatively, outside of the box, and beyond what my normal day-to-day is. Last year I got to be a part of an ignition session for Charter DRTV, and my concept was presented to the CMO-1. Congrats to Carla Fouché James, RAPP’s Fierce Individual of the Week! Carla has been a part of the RAPP NY family as Executive Assistant to the Global CEO for 10 years. Outside the office she is typically singing and being her sassy self. What you might not know is that she is a professional singer and her favorite genre is gospel. Congrats to Matías Nogueria Masip, RAPP’s Fierce Individual of the Week! Matías has been a part of the RAPP Argentina family as Creative Director for a year and a half. He loves music; so if you are looking for a jam partner, don’t hesitate to shoot him a message. He also enjoys going to concerts and reading artists’ biographies and stories behind their well-known talent. Matías is Fiercely Individual because he always tries to do his best every day. “I get up trying to be better and learn new things from others. Learn to be a better person and professional. I think we all have something to learn and improve.” One of his favorite RAPP projects was working with Aedros and Artículo 24, two nonprofit organizations in Argentina. “Helping them encourage people to make monthly donations and care about fair initiatives such as equal education, not only felt good inside, but was also a good way to show that advertising can help people care and take action.
