Sharp partnered with NJ Food & Clothing Rescue in Lodi, NJ, to help clothe our less fortunate neighbors. Through the generous donations of our employees, we are thrilled to provide more than 120 coats this year. Thank you to all who made this drive successful and to NJ Food & Clothing Rescue for being an incredible resource to our local community.

In October, Women Influencing Sharp’s Evolution (WISE) welcomed Miriam Benor, Director of Attorney Coaching at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Miriam spoke to Sharp employees in person at Montvale HQ and virtually, discussing the importance of confidence and its ability to help overcome imposter syndrome and defining actionable insights to help recognize traits that inhibit confidence. We appreciate Miriam’s wisdom and hope attendees gained valuable takeaways from her session!
This past Sunday, Sharp employees from Montvale HQ gathered at Bergen Community College for the New Jersey Walk to Fight Alzheimer's. This walk was a wonderful opportunity to show support for those providing crucial assistance to families and friends impacted by Alzheimer's.
Last month, Sharp's WISE group hosted its third "A WISE Welcome" breakfast, an event intended to help female & female-identifying hires connect and form supportive relationships. Our Senior Product Safety Engineer, Tracey Pruitt, offered valuable career advice on collaborating effectively through communication, active listening, and providing feedback. Our Women Influencing Sharp's Evolution (WISE) group hosted its annual "I Pink I Can" walk to support breast cancer awareness. Sharp employees walked 1.5 miles around the Montvale headquarters wearing WISE-branded hats, pink leis, and cancer ribbons, advertising strength, hope, and courage.

Our team had a wonderful time celebrating this prestigious acknowledgment. We thank our incredible employees whose survey results got us into the rankings for the third consecutive year!
