The Sharp EMPower Mentorship Committee hosted a two-day event for participating mentors and mentees. Employees came from different business units and all parts of the country to share their feedback and valuable insights on the program and new ways to enhance the culture at Sharp. Both days provided unique experiences, including a Sharp leadership panel discussion, shared learning, networking, and team building at our Montvale HQ. The group paid a special visit to the National 9-11 Memorial and Museum in remembrance of those lost that tragic day. We thank the Committee for organizing such a great event and appreciate our employees' dedication to creating a positive and meaningful impact across the organization.

We are happy to announce that NJBIZ has recognized Sharp as a 2023 Empowering Women honoree! This is a recognition of companies that invest in and support women leaders by recruiting, hiring, and promoting women and placing women on the board or in the C-suite.
Sharp employees from Montvale HQ teamed up with the Mahwah Environmental Volunteer Association (MEVO) to participate in the Seeds of Change program. Volunteers spent the day planting and harvesting crops for local farmer’s markets. Proceeds from the farmer’s markets sales go directly to local underprivileged families. We are happy to support such a wonderful cause in our community! #SharpCares
Sharp employees and their children at our Montvale, NJ location celebrated Take Your Child to Work Day with a day-long program that included both #learning and play. Kids participated in various activities, including making a commercial, conducting mock interviews, playing kick ball, and of course, spending time with their parent at work. #SharpSECKids
At the Career and Internship Fair at Ramapo College of New Jersey on March 1, Sharp had the chance to meet hundreds of eager students who were looking for ways to start their careers. We were given a chance to demonstrate not only the incredible internships that Sharp has but also all of the other wonderful things that Sharp has to offer as well! #simplysmarter

Sharp celebrated National Intern Day on July 28, 2022, and wanted to take a moment to recognize the future leaders of today, our summer #interns! We appreciate all the hard work they have accomplished and thank them for choosing the Sharp Internship Program to explore different areas of business, network with colleagues, and grow their professional development skills!
