It has held this recognition for 15 months running. My Spectrum is a top-rated customer support application that is a one-stop, do-it-all resource for existing Spectrum customers. Customers use this app to pay their bill, set up autopay, manage their in-home WiFi Network, schedule service appointments, all while having in-app chat available 24 hours a day. The program is in keeping with Spectrum’s ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion and service of local communities. Twenty students will be awarded a $20,000 college scholarship to be used over the course of their junior and senior years. Scholars will also receive a Spectrum mentor and the opportunity to explore an internship at Spectrum.
