Welcoming timeframe to the Transcom Group! Transcom has just announced the acquisition of timeframe, a premium service provider of customer care, sales, marketing, and video identification services. Timeframe primarily serves logistics, energy, and e-commerce companies from Germany, Portugal, and Greece. This acquisition will further strengthen Transcom’s on- and nearshore offering, especially in the German language, and we’re thrilled that we’re expanding our footprint to Greece, with its large talent pool for European languages! At Transcom, we care about helping the local communities wherever we are. This time we have news coming from #belgrade #serbia, where we donated tables and cabinets to an elementary school in the #zemun district. As a company, it was essential for us to timely address topics that are the core of our values: education, support, inclusion, and diversity. Through this action, we will invite other companies to invest in education, which is the only way to a better future, progress, and empowerment of young minds.
In Transcom, we are committed to local communities and our role is to contribute to it by putting in place actions that have a positive impact. In #Tunis, we organized a few weeks ago a special charity action in partnership with the #UnisVerElle organisation. We contributed by providing and serving 200 meals to homeless people on the occasion of #eideladha, one of the most important celebrations in Tunisia and Islamic world. This event is driven by sharing and goodwill. This action, which brought together different people from different BUs and departments, was living testimony that we are a big family whose human values are its main pillar In friendliness and good humor, Transcom employees criss-crossed the capital, offering comfort to those who needed it most.
Our Transcom Philippines' Bacolod team has been hard at work expanding our site, and we're pleased to announce that our newly renovated space is now ready to welcome fresh talent like YOU!
We opened our second site in Porto, third in Portugal! This contact center is a multilingual hub serving national and international clients in several languages. “Porto has rapidly grown to be an important business hub. The exceptional climate and quality of life have attracted young, well-educated people from all over Europe, making it very interesting as we are looking to expand our multilingual offering. In Porto, we can create an appealing offer for our clients by offering native-level services for eight languages from one site”, says Fernando Oliveira, Country Manager at Transcom Portugal. With this new center, we expect to grow with more than 300 positions throughout the year and deliver services in multiple languages. Recruitment will be done locally and through relocation from other European countries, a process where we have a strong track record.

The Philippines’ Best Employers 2023 is the culmination of a vast and comprehensive research project that covered tens of thousands of evaluations, the opinions of thousands of employees and the scores for hundreds of companies. Transcom ranked 91st among the 300 companies evaluated for this project.
