Interviewed Jul 2008 in Redmond, WA (took 2+ weeks)
Was interviewed by a panel of Sr. Program Managers at a local recruiting session. A 1:1 with a Test Manager followed this interview. I think after the 2 hour discussion they had made a decision to hire me. It wasn't clear which team would make the offer, it took 2 more weeks to find out the list of teams interested in my abilities.
After talking to the hiring managers on the phone and in person I decided to opt for a team I was primarily interested in.

Negotiation Details
This was the toughest part of the job acceptance process, the negotiation process dragged out quite a bit and they didn't budge much from the original offer. Its a little easier to get rewarded in stocks and one time bonus.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
