I was interviewing for a contingent position. There were three rounds of interview with the reporting manager, head of department and a peer. Two face to face and one over the phone (because the reporting manger was unavailable). The interview setting was relaxing and informal. There are no structured interview questions. Most of the questions relate to queries on my previous working experience.

I didn't really have to negotiate; I was made an offer above my expectation.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
