Interviewed Feb 2007 in Redmond, WA (took 2 months)
Had initial phone screen for position, then talked to two different people to screen for my technical depth. Once I made it through that I was flown to the main campus for a few interviews and then asked to present my strategy on the product. Once I presented to a group I waited to hear back. Typically between me and two other people. Didn't get the interview but it was a thorough and challenging process.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation and a Skills Test.
