Easy first pre screen then interview with location manager. Standard questions about products, customer service, scenario based questions, etc. Lots of helpful resources available online to prepare for this interview.
The interview was easy, simple typical interview questions that everyone can find online. The recruiter communicated and sent an email before the interview. The entire process was very smooth. First round was with recruiter and the second one was with the hiring managers.
