Accepted Offer – Interviewed in San Antonio, TX Sep 2011 – Reviewed Sep 24, 2011

Interview Details – The store is new to San Antonio. I applied online on a wednesday, on thursday I received an email for a phone interview the following day. I had a phone interview w/ manager on friday, I thought it went well. He asked about myself, likes/dislikes on current or previous jobs, why I applied there, basic questions. On wednesday I had a group interview with assistant manager and sales lead, along with 3 other candidates. They asked similar questions plus if given $500 for store what would you buy and what would you do with it. On friday I was emailed an offer for the job.

Interview Question – How comfortable are you with coming in at 5 am? (Once a week, for floor sets and/or shipments)   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I was able to negotiate .50 cents more based on being bilingual in Spanish.

Other Details - I applied online and the process took 1+ week.
