The benefits are incredible, with the company offering generous pay, unlimited PTO, carreer growth paths, and maternity leave which is SO rare and a valuable perk. I feel extremely fortunate and honored to be apart of a company that truly values its employees and goes above and beyond to take care of us. The supportive work enviroment and commitment to employees well-being make this a place where I'm proud to work every day. Glassdoor is by far the best company I have ever worked for. They offer amazing work/life balance, benefits and I'm paid extremely well. I'm so grateful that I found the company and can't wait to continue growing my career here.

There has been some layoffs the past few years, so that can make the future feel scary.

The people are great. The benefits and pay are top-notch.

This company is a sinking ship. Layoffs after layoffs after layoffs. The new CTO and his friends came in and laid off the top performers to promote their friends. There is no product direction, no vision, and all the products are half-baked. I was suprised to see a good review from a GTM person here - I'm not on that team but they are complaining ALL the time ( I guess we are losing customers all over the place). A merge with indeed seems imminent.

The benefits are really great and the company has potential.

The pay doesn’t match the amount of work, forced to do “props trains”, passive aggressive management, no room for growth and no plan in place to improve there, and lastly, the commitment to DEI is all rhetoric.

Great Benefits and nice perks

Way too much time spent internally on nonsense when they could be providing necessary support for Customers. Monies spent on excessive nonsense instead of supporting talent.

The people I work with are super, the company culture is great, it is wonderful to travel for work/ client meetings every now and then. The benefits are awesome and RSUs are great. This company is going places. The Indeed and Glassdoor partnership is going from strengths to strengths
