The discount. The pay, benefits and vacation/sick time.

No work life balance. Too much pressure to hit goals. Never being or doing enough. Constantly being told to “get rid of” staff but you can’t actually fire anyone.

AMAZING team and encouraging, helpful supervisors. Helped me in every aspect of life, even outside work. Definitely made connections for life.

Work life balance is hard, which is the only reason I had to leave. There was not an option to work day/night it was mixed schedule of days/nights.
