The Higher ups have lost touch with the Front Line and found too much touch with the Bottom Line. -Communication is horrible. -Training on the new policies, procedures and processes is even worse than the communication, -Too many non-vested contractors that come in direct contact with our customers that they frankly do not give a damn about. -Unfair standards or scoring practices on the employees that are trying to clean up after said contractors that then get poor scores because of the contradicting stories and policies. -Being forced into more roles with no increase in pay but a reduction in employee benefits as there more knowledge you have the less they offer the time away and breaks as the single process employees receive. -Corporate decided to bring in the guy that made the customer service department that you speak to when you call Walmart.... Not sure who called them and thought that was a good idea.
