work load is determined by your other coworkers (if they are not as capable you will be assumed to pick up the slack), very cold or very hot depending on the season, dusty to the point of accumulation around nose and ears

Flexible schedule, part-time benefits, good co-workers.

Lazy employees get away with it, lack of communication between day and night shift (creates animosity due to lack of understanding between both sides), and the store is not cleaned enough.

Option for 1hr meal break, ability to swap shifts with other cashiers, other associates and managers can be great depending on the location, paid time off is accrued gradually each month instead of having to wait a whole year to get any hours

On your feet for your entire shift, have to find coverage just to use the restroom outside of your scheduled breaks, no health insurance offered to part time employees

Easy to learn Consistent Laid back

A terrible system of managment and unfairly divided work loads between day and night shift

management lacks direction, management lacks communication with other shifts, workers are underappreciated, work load is extremely unstable (sometimes no truck, other times 2 trucks with 2,000+ product to do in one night,)
