      Pros

Great pay and benefits package for management.

      Cons

Work extremely long hours , 10 plus a day, sometimes 7 days a week. Corporate does not understand that a skeleton crew cannot support the business to the standards they expect to be met. As soon as there is a callout, you must fill that role yourself. Upper management varies store to store. Some are great, some are a nightmare.
