I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment (Cincinnati, OH) in Oct 2016
Interview
I was interviewed by my current Senior Manager and past General Manager, they were slightly informed about the kitchen and the inner workings of the kitchen and current menu. They were adamant about the Kitchen Manager being able to train, teach and help with guests. The building was not open yet, so it was extremely intriguing to watch the theatre and kitchen be built.
