Start with phone calls with the recruiter, then you will choose a location to work and talk with the regional director. After you pass the interview, you will go to an onsite visit to the clinic. If everything goes well, you will talk with the recruiter again for the offer.

Clinical interests, difficult situation and your solution, past clinical experience
Simple interview. Met with the district director to discuss the role and then met the team and toured the clinic before accepting the offer. Most of the interview was based around my availability for scheduling.
