I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AXA (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
I job shadowed the Regional Vice President in Dallas. We spent several hours together and talked about the position. The VP took time to look over resume prior to meeting and was professional the whole time and quite knowledgeable. I had the opportunity to watch the VP work with a client and actively listen to the client's needs. Afterward, I talked with a junior financial advisor. He seemed genuinely happy with his job. I later spent time with the vp and he shared an article and video, which I provided feedback about.

I applied online. I interviewed at AXA (Port Harcourt)
Interview
The interview was easy, they ask you to introduce yourself to them, and also ask about if you have got a sales Experience. Just sell yourself to them and you will be hired
Applied online and was contacted for an interview about a week later. The first interview was one-on-one and consisted of a mix of background and behavioral questions, and very conversational.

Question 1
Describe yourself in three words. On a scale of 1-10, how determined/outgoing are you?
Very simple Interview, based off my experience seems like everyone gets the role.
This is more of an insurance sales position rather than an actual “advisor”. Make sure to ask as many questions as possible
