It's a contract position, Interview was almost rude. No smile on his face he made me more nervous than I already am. First of all, he is not prepared for the Interview, as soon I enter the conference room, he asked the colleague to lead the interview and he has no idea about the position or what he is interviewing. But he seemed quite positive.
Five panel interview on the firs round. Yikes! Met with stakeholders and senior analyst. Not one smile but not very intense neither. You could tell they were reading questions from a list. Everyone was very polite. Multiple round interview.
