I had great interview with the team and HR. My whole interview process was completed wtihin 2 weeks. They told me that they will have a decision in one week. After 2.5 weeks, I followed up and they replied saying they will have an update within few days. After another 2 weeks, I followed up again and they said they will have an update by the end of that week. Now it is 3 months and no response from them. The system is showing my application now as no longer under consideration. As a professional who delivers by promised date, this is very unprofessional in my opinion. I feel like they could have at least told me that they decided to move on with another candidate since I am one of the candidates who followed up multiple times in the 3 months of waiting time. They have no respect for the candidate's time and they do not keep their word. It reflects very bad on their culture.
The interviewer is nice and patient. My 1-hour interview is fully utilized by answering all the technical questions. I asked what kind of candidate he was looking for and he wanted someone that's very experienced thats why he asked alot of technical questions.

Multiple rounds with different team members (about half a dozen people in total). It was mostly conversational with some light problem solving regarding current problems they were facing. There was not any math involved.
