Interview
3 stage interview; with recruiter, with hiring manager (both virtual) and then a panel assessment centre (in person), with a presentation, clinical paper review, and competency based questions. The process with fairly rapid.
One 30 minute screening interview with HR, one 30 minute screening call with the hiring managers, one 1.5 hour panel interview with the hiring managers and then one 15 minute interview with HR post meeting.
Vorstellung beim HR, Kennenlernen Manager, Kennenlernen Team, Aufgabe -Vorstellen von Studiendaten, Rückmeldung, Gespräch mit HR. Insgesamt freundlich und strukturiert. Dauert jedoch mehrere Monate. Lange Wartezeiten auf Rückmeldung jedoch normal in der Branche.

Interview process was Smooth top to bottom and I was adequacy informed of everything throughout. Made to feel welcome and at home during the interview and it was a good process overall.
