    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Acceptance Insurance.

    Interview

Interviewed with DM on a Tuesday and received a callback on Friday offering the job. During interview I was given a thorough breakdown of expectations for sales agents. I must admit it was blankly put on the table that the job was very demanding. I wanted the experience so I took the challenge. This is my first week and I have completed both Property and Causality modules ready to practice the test simulator.

    Claims Manager Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Acceptance Insurance (Nashville, TN) in October 2014.

    Interview

The most unprofessional insurance company I have ever interviewed at. I could not believe the level of incompetency of HR and management. I was completely dumbfounded at how pathetic Acceptance HR and management is and once out the door from first in-person interview, I never returned a follow up call I received for another interview. I learned shortly afterwards of all the substantial problems with management (very troubling comments from colleagues in the industry about extremely high level of unethical activity among the senior management, some activity even goes beyond unethical but will leave that to the reader to sort out). This is not an insurance company you want to be a part of unless you have no alternative. What you have heard and read about management is 100% accurate.

    Interview

I was already on the fence about interviewing with this company. The recruiter was 10 minutes late in calling me that pretty much sold it for me. The review of the company were not good so I didnt even bother to answer. Guess wha interviewing works both ways. If you want good candidates be professiona. How would it look if I was late?

    Interview

The interview process was basic we did not have a sales manager at the time, however I interviewed with the Director. He is ok, but I suggest that he fire the manager with the gold tooth, she is extra ghetto with a cherry on top.
