Briefly talk to manager about past life experiences, education, past jobs. Talked about future aspirations. Interview lasted about 30 minutes maybe less. Manger and colleague seemed pleasant although colleague seemed to just observe and not say anything.
Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
