I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Advisory Board in Jan 2012
Interview
I applied online and got an email to setup an initial phone interview. Set it up for after the Christmas holidays. Interviewer called exactly on time, lasted about 25 minutes, pretty standard-issue. Walk through resume, explain what the company does, what position entails, etc.
I was told to expect to hear back within 2 weeks...So I'm hoping for something to come back soon!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Advisory Board (Washington, DC)
Interview
Had a casual phone conversation, then an in-person interview with a bunch of different people/teams hiring for the associate role. After flying down and spending hours there I never heard back with a yes or a no from anyone. Feels like I ended up dodging a bullet here.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Advisory Board (Washington, DC) in Aug 2016
Interview
Met with a series of managers and directors from various departments. 30-minute interviews with time to ask questions at the end. I had a very positive experience meeting with everyone, and felt that they did a wonderful job in answering any questions I had. I also had a chance to network in a more informal setting.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Advisory Board (Washington, DC) in Feb 2016
Interview
They seemed to be looking for a specific personality and character fit for the associate role. The Advisory Board has a commitment to the culture and it's evident they only select candidates who fit that special mix of traits they want in their office. With a company this large it's hard to set the tone for they culture, but they've done a great job of setting the bar high and only hiring savvy young professionals.
