Question 1
Given what you know about the company’s approach to growth, what would you do differently?
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Waukegan, IL) in Nov 2018
Interview
The process took about 30 days. I submitted the requested preliminary interview questions and received my face to face interview date.
I had to reach back out to HR regarding final steps and location of the interview. I arrived and was told that 2/3 of the interview team would not be there, as they had other items to do. My interviewer did not take notes and the interview ended after 45 minutes.
About 5 days later, I received the dreaded - we are moving on with other candidates. There was no additional feedback from the manager.

Question 1
Name a time you had to give a presentation to stakeholders. How did it go?
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Allstate (Northbrook, IL) in Sep 2016
Interview
Very slow process. Interviews were easy, but it took a long time to hear back between interviews. If I didn't email the recruiter back I don't think it would have moved as fast as it did. I would think that they are missing out on candidates because of how long the process takes. It is ridiculous.
