Interview
Completed online assessment then received an email from a recruiter to confirm some details (compensation expectations, need to relocate, etc) before progressing to a phone screen. Emails with information about they types of questions to expect (ranting to Amazon leadership principles) and how to answer (STAR method). After that there was another email to confirm same details as before and then scheduling of the virtual “on site” for which they needed a full day or 2 half days that I could be available over the next several weeks. For scheduling of all interviews they ask you respond within 48 hours but then take over a week to get back to you. There is a group interview prep meeting that again reiterated what was in the emails about the leadership principles and STAR method. On site interview questions were mostly relating to the Amazon leadership principles with just a few about the job role.

Tell me about a time when you took on something significant outside your job responsibilities.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
